So far a peaceful and lovely experience. I've enjoyed the quiet evenings and sunny morning. The apartment itself is so spacious and the combination of carpet and tile is perfect and the kitchen is so amazing to use for cooking. Love Old River place very much! From the McAuliffes 😊

Very peaceful, family friendly, and loving. I definitely recommend. They host monthly community events & they are always available for any help and/or questions. If you want a friendly community vibe and feel this is definitely the place. The units are very modern, spacious, and clean. The floor plan was very well thought out. They have in unit washer & dryer which is an amazing!

Stayed here for about 11 months, and only moved because we needed to get a house. Very nice and responsive staff; Maintenance requests were always handedled within 1-3 days here! They also host community events for all of the tenants very freqiently! Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of new apartments!!

My husband and I have been living here at Old River Place for almost a year and it has been serene! The apartments are very nice and updated with a 2 car garage! Very convenient! Weve only had 2 minor issues since we have been here and one was fixed day off/other 3 days later! They are very prompt and professional! Management is very welcoming and easy to talk with! They have community events almost monthly for their residents; which is very appreciated! This is definitely the place to call home!❤️
